1. Visa Rejection - Full Refund

If your visa application is officially rejected by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, you may request a 100% refund of the amount paid to TicketsDummy.com for the eligible service.

To claim the Visa Rejection Refund:

  • You must have purchased the service from TicketsDummy.com.
  • You must provide an official visa refusal/rejection document or decision letter issued by the relevant authority.
  • The rejection must relate to the visa application for which our service was purchased.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the official visa rejection decision.
  • Your order ID and proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The refund applies to the amount paid to TicketsDummy.com for the eligible service. Government fees, embassy/consulate fees, third-party fees, bank charges, currency-conversion charges, and other payments made outside TicketsDummy.com are not refundable by us.

No cancellation or processing fee will be deducted from an approved Visa Rejection Refund.

2. Other Refund Eligibility

Refunds may also be considered in the following situations:

  • Service not delivered within the promised timeframe of 8 minutes.
  • Technical problems that prevent document delivery or download.
  • Duplicate charges or payment-processing errors.
  • Cancellation before document generation, where applicable.
  • System-generated errors in booking details.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will generally not be available when:

  • The requested document/service has already been successfully delivered and the customer has received and verified it, except where the Visa Rejection Refund Guarantee applies.
  • The customer changes their travel plans.
  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer and the document was generated according to the information supplied.
  • The refund request does not meet the applicable deadline or eligibility requirements.
  • The request concerns government, embassy, airline, hotel, bank, or third-party fees that were not paid to TicketsDummy.com.

As an alternative to cancellation, we offer complimentary modifications within 24 hours of purchase, where technically possible.

Available modifications may include:

  • Travel date adjustments
  • Passenger name spelling corrections
  • Flight route modifications
  • Hotel booking adjustments
  • Addition of special requests or preferences

5. Refund Request Process

For an eligible refund:

  1. Contact our support team through WhatsApp or email.
  2. Provide your order ID and payment details.
  3. For a visa-rejection refund, provide the official visa refusal/rejection document.
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  5. Our team will review the request within 24 hours.
  6. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Times

  • UPI / Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • International payments: 5-7 business days

6. Cancellation Fees

For ordinary cancellations that do not qualify for the Visa Rejection Refund Guarantee:

  • Within 1 hour of purchase: No cancellation fee, provided the document has not been generated.
  • 1-24 hours: 20% processing fee may apply.
  • 24-48 hours: 50% processing fee may apply.
  • After 48 hours: Generally non-refundable.

These cancellation fees do not apply to an approved Visa Rejection Refund under Section 1.

TicketsDummy.com provides travel-document and reservation-related services. We do not guarantee visa approval and cannot influence the decision of any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

The Visa Rejection Refund Guarantee means that if your visa application is officially rejected and you meet the conditions stated in this policy, TicketsDummy.com will refund 100% of the eligible amount paid to us for the qualifying service.

This guarantee does not mean that visa approval is guaranteed.
