Due to the nature of our digital services and instant delivery system, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund might be warranted. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase for consideration.
Refund Eligibility

- Service not delivered within promised timeframe (30 minutes)
- Technical issues preventing document delivery or download
- Double charging or payment processing errors
- Service cancellation before document generation (within 1 hour of purchase)
- System-generated errors in booking details
Non-Refundable Cases
- After successful document delivery and verification
- Visa rejection or travel plan changes
- Incorrect information provided by customer during booking
- Requests made after 48 hours of purchase
- Services used for visa/immigration purposes
Free Modifications
We offer complimentary modifications within 24 hours of purchase as an alternative to refunds. Available modifications include:
- Travel date adjustments
- Passenger name corrections (spelling only)
- Flight route modifications
- Hotel booking adjustments
- Addition of special requests or preferences
Refund Process
For eligible refund cases, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of purchase
- Provide your order ID, payment details, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your case within 24 hours
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 3-5 business days for UPI/Bank Transfer, 5-7 days for International payments
Cancellation Fees
When refunds are approved, the following charges may apply:
- Cancellation within 1 hour: No charges
- Cancellation between 1-24 hours: 20% processing fee
- Cancellation between 24-48 hours: 50% processing fee
- After 48 hours: No refund available
